The Business ImpactAdvisor™
The primary interface executives interact with daily. One advisor. Six modes. Every recommendation quantified across revenue, EBITDA, workforce, customer, and enterprise value impact — with confidence scores and time-to-value.
Ask any question. Get a quantified, prioritized, confidence-calibrated answer traceable to the Business Impact Calculator™ Core Engine.
Advisor Architecture.Five Layers. One Intelligence Core.
The Business Impact Advisor™ is not a chatbot. It is a structured decision intelligence system with five architectural layers that transform raw data into prioritized, quantified, confidence-calibrated executive recommendations — every layer traceable, every output auditable.
Context Layer
Assembles the executive's complete context: organization profile, Business DNA™ scores, connected system telemetry, historical recommendations, verified outcomes, role-specific priorities, and time horizon. Context is assembled before any recommendation is generated — the advisor knows who is asking, what their organization looks like, and what has already been tried.
Prompt Architecture Layer
Routes the executive's question through role-specific prompt templates. Each mode (CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, Board, PE Partner) has its own prompt architecture prioritizing different dimensions. The prompt layer translates natural-language questions into structured queries against the scoring and recommendation engines.
Recommendation Engine Layer
Queries the Business Impact Calculator™ Core Engine's ten scoring engines and eight impact formulas. Generates ranked recommendations with exact formulas, not black-box outputs. Every recommendation carries: Revenue Impact, EBITDA Impact, Workforce Impact, Customer Impact, Enterprise Value Impact, Confidence Score, and Time-To-Value.
Learning & Feedback Layer
Captures executive decisions (accepted, deferred, rejected), tracks recommendation outcomes, and feeds verified results back into the model. Learning Efficiency™ 0.73 means 73% of verified outcomes improve future recommendations. Bayesian updating narrows confidence ranges over time.
Presentation & Governance Layer
Renders recommendations in role-appropriate formats: CEO dashboards, CFO financial views, COO operational views, CHRO workforce views, Board summary decks, PE value-creation views. Includes override governance, audit trails, and proof chains for every recommendation.
Six Modes. One Advisor.Every Executive. Their View.
Each executive asks different questions and prioritizes different outcomes. The Business Impact Advisor™ adapts — not just in what it shows, but in how it weights, ranks, and presents every recommendation. The underlying calculation engine is the same. The lens is different.

Every Recommendation.Seven Impact Dimensions.
No black-box suggestions. Every recommendation from the Business Impact Advisor™ carries seven quantified impact dimensions, a confidence score, a time-to-value estimate, and a priority ranking — all traceable to the Business Impact Calculator™ Core Engine formulas.
Recommendation Anatomy
Revenue Impact
Three-point estimate (low/mid/high) of annual revenue impact. Derived from Revenue Impact formula: RI = RevenueLeakage × CaptureRate + RevenueBase × GrowthRateImprovement.
EBITDA Impact
Three-point estimate of annual EBITDA impact. Formula: EBITDA_I = ProfitabilityImpact + OverheadReduction + OperationalEfficiencyGains.
Workforce Impact
FTE capacity created + retention savings + productivity gains + Digital Workforce™ cost advantage. Formula: WI = ProductivityGain + RetentionSavings + DigitalCostAdvantage.
Customer Impact
Response time reduction (%), satisfaction improvement (NPS points), retention improvement (%). Formula: CXI = RetentionImprovement + ConversionImprovement + ReferralImprovement + ChurnReduction.
Enterprise Value Impact
Three-point estimate of enterprise value creation. Formula: EVI = EBITDA_Impact × IndustryMultiple + MultipleExpansionValue.
Risk-Adjusted Opportunity
Opportunity value discounted by risk probability and severity. Formula: RiskAdjusted = BaseValue × (1 − Σ(RiskProbability × RiskSeverity)).
Prompt Architecture.Context-Aware. Role-Specific. Evidence-Grounded.
Every question is answered through a structured prompt pipeline — not a free-form chat. The prompt architecture assembles role-specific context, applies the correct weighting model, queries the scoring engines, and returns quantified recommendations with full traceability.
Prompt Pipeline — 7 Stages
Intent Classification
Classifies the executive's question into: Opportunity Discovery, Risk Assessment, Prioritization, Resource Allocation, Performance Diagnosis, Forecast Request, or Comparative Analysis. Routes to the appropriate query template.
Context Assembly
Assembles the executive's full context: organization profile, Business DNA™ scores, historical recommendations and outcomes, connected system telemetry, industry benchmarks, peer cohort data, role-specific priorities, and time horizon.
Role-Weight Application
Applies the executive mode's priority weights to the scoring and ranking engines. CEO mode weights enterprise value at 0.30; CFO mode weights EBITDA at 0.30; COO mode weights operations at 0.30; and so on for all six modes.
Engine Query
Queries the Business Impact Calculator™ Core Engine: 10 adjustment engines normalize the data, 10 scoring engines compute dimension scores, 8 impact formulas translate scores into dollar-denominated impact estimates.
Ranking & Prioritization
Ranks all candidate recommendations using the Priority Score formula: PS = Σ(Impact_i × Weight_i × ConfidenceScore / TimeToValue). Higher impact, higher confidence, and faster time-to-value rank higher.
Evidence Attachment
Attaches supporting evidence to each recommendation: benchmark comparisons, formula traces, confidence methodology, historical outcomes for similar recommendations, and proof records where available.
Presentation Formatting
Formats the response for the executive's dashboard view: CEO gets enterprise value trajectory with board-ready summary; CFO gets P&L impact waterfall; COO gets operational heatmap; PE Partner gets EBITDA bridge with exit timeline.

Learning Architecture.Every Outcome Improves the Model.
The Business Impact Advisor™ gets smarter with every executive decision and every verified outcome. The learning architecture captures feedback, updates confidence ranges, refines weights, and improves recommendation quality over time — while governance ensures every recommendation is auditable and override-able.
The Learning Loop™
Recommendation Issued
Advisor generates recommendation with confidence score and range.
Executive Decision
Executive accepts, defers, or rejects. Decision is timestamped and attributed.
Action Taken
If accepted, implementation begins. Milestones and costs are tracked.
Outcome Measured
Actual outcomes are measured against estimated impacts. Variance is computed.
Proof Record Created
Verified outcomes create Proof Chain™ records in Proof Center™.
Model Updated
Bayesian updating narrows confidence ranges. Weight refinements applied at quarterly recalibration. Learning Efficiency™ 0.73.
Governance Architecture
Override Governance
Any executive can override a recommendation. Overrides are logged with rationale, timestamped, attributed, and reviewed quarterly. Override rate >15% triggers model review.
Audit Trail
Every recommendation carries a complete audit trail: who asked, what context was used, which engines were queried, what formula produced the estimate, and what evidence supports it.
Confidence Calibration
Confidence scores are recalibrated quarterly against actual outcomes. If 80%-confidence recommendations are wrong more than 20% of the time, the calibration methodology is adjusted.
Bias Monitoring
Recommendation patterns are monitored for systemic bias: industry bias, size bias, recency bias, and overconfidence bias. Monthly bias reports with corrective actions.
Version Pinning
Recommendations are pinned to the calculator engine version that generated them. When the engine upgrades, historical recommendations retain their original version trace for audit comparison.
Access Control
Role-based access: CEO sees all, CFO sees financial, COO sees operational, CHRO sees workforce, Board sees summary, PE Partner sees portfolio-level. Cross-mode queries require explicit authorization.
